I thought this article was really interesting because I run into this dilemma when I write our weekly blog posts. Sometimes, I write my text first before importing the picture, but visually it is unappealing to the eye to have a picture after text. In this article, the author states that description above an image cause the brain to do more heavy lifting to try and figure out what is being said. By having a picture above a block of text, the reader will already have an idea of what the author will discuss.
